Sarah has acted as client, agency and business owner at difference stages during her 12 year career. Her brand expertise includes overseeing globally integrated campaigns for brands like Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Captain Morgans, Lavazza, Europcar, Blundstone and The Color Run as well as global talent including Jade Jagger, Philippe Starck, Marcel Wanders and Kelly Hoppen.
During her seven years based in London she worked on global projects in UK, USA, Europe and UAE across both consumer and corporate sector brands.
With her feet now firmly planted on Australian soil, Sarah works closely with Ferg to drive strategic growth of Undertow Media into key sectors and regions.

With a breadth of experience across marketing comms and a strong understanding of what makes a brand a success, Kate is known for her affable but no-holds-barred approach to everything she touches. Kate initially began her career at Undertow Media, moving to integrated creative agency M&C Saatchi Sports & Entertainment working on brands such as Qantas to FOX SPORTS where she was Marketing and PR Manager, Southern States primarily overseeing the launch and ongoing success of FOX FOOTY.
Kate’s role at Undertow Media merges her ongoing energy and enthusiasm, passion for people and great brand strategy into one.

After working her way to the top of New Zealand’s PR industry, Greer made her way across the Tasman to Undertow where she shared her exceptional brand building skills in the consumer, travel and lifestyle sectors.
Leaving no media opportunity unchartered, Greer delivered successful campaigns for many of our best-known brands for three years before taking the reins as General Manager of our Consumer Division. She has now taken these stellar skills back to her homeland to head up Undertow Media in New Zealand.

Ex AFL football player turned entrepreneur Fergus Watts has a penchant for seeing opportunity and helping businesses grow.
Ending his time with the Adelaide Crows and St Kilda after sustaining multiple injuries, Fergus began working in a Brand Communications Company. Discovering a passion for people and ideas, he then followed his entrepreneurial sprit and started his own consultancy, helping corporates to better engage and empower their team.
Buoyed by this success, Fergus founded Bastion Group with a vision to help people grow. His primary role as Bastion Group CEO is to challenge each business to deliver continual evolution needed to maximise potential.
Under his leadership, Bastion Group has grown from a one-person operation, to a company that today has over 60 employees and offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland. In FY 2015, Bastion Group is forecasted to turnover in excess of $10m.

Lauren has seven years public relations experience, gained in both agency and in-house roles across a number of different sectors in Australia and the UK. Our Queen of multitasking, she has juggled clients in industries including food and drink, hospitality, sports, tourism and property.
Lauren joined the Undertow Media team in early 2012 to manage consumer-facing campaigns for major corporate clients. She is much loved amongst clients and Undertow Media staff for her incredible attention to detail, big smile and ever-calm nature.

Roxanne brought more than eight years of media experience when she joined the Undertow Media team in 2013, having worked in print and online outlets including mX, Leader, NovaFM and Contract Journal.
She now oversees our nationally respected property team, driving innovation and results for our many developer, interior design and architecture clients.

A bit of an over achiever, Rosie has a long line of gold stars working on both sides of the fence, agency land and client side. Starting her career in PR then discovering a passion for digital she is now a whiz at executing campaigns on social media.
Rosie brings social activation experience to the Undertow team, pushing your brand to the next level on social platforms in ways you never knew could happen. Her other talent is game show hosting. You don’t need to twist her arm to do something crazy.
